We will organise and supervise your project from start to finish, which includes supervision of sub contractors such as block layers, plasterers, electricians, plumbers and so on. All the carpentry will be carried out by us. All trades will be managed to ensure schedules are created and are meet and that all workmanship is to the very highest standards. Co-ordinate with window companies, kitchen companies and joiners on all interior construction. Ensure that Health and Safety regulations are meet on site and that each sub-contractor is fully insured and there staff fully trained in safety.

Meet prospective clients on site to discuss any queries they have and also arrange quotes for prospective clients, we will also prepare a financial breakdown on your project. We will ensure quality of all materials used throughout the project with the suppliers. Liaise with architects, engineers and quantity surveyors’ to ensure that the project is on target and within budget and to give reports on the project to the client and design team.
